TUYU...

It's rainy season in Japan.
We call 梅雨 [Tuyu].
Tuyu is being in May through July.
It depends on area,come out of the souuth to the north.
(There is'nt the season in Hokkaido and Ogasawara archipelago.)

梅雨 read also Baiu. It's from China.
It's interesting that 梅 this KANJI means Ume,Japanese apricot,plum.
Perhaps,because the rainy season in bloom Ume time...

I don't like this season.
There is the problem of the laundry. won't dry... haha.

Hello! It's rainy season here in Ireland too. Our rainy season last from January until December. Most people call it "bloody awful weather" though if the rain is only light people say "it's a soft day thank God."
